Pre-Inspection
Our technician will assess your areas of concern, inspect the fabric type, construction, and soiling level, and determine how best to meet your expectations. Any potential permanent staining will also be identified.

Commercial Pre-Vacuum
We carry out a thorough vacuum using commercial-grade equipment to remove loose and bonded dry soil - an essential step for effective cleaning.

Protection
Protective drop sheets are placed over the floor to guard against drips. Please remove any small items nearby, such as tables, lamps, and valuables.

Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot Treatment
Heavily soiled areas and spots are pre-treated with specialist solutions to loosen dirt and improve stain removal.

Cleaning
Fabrics are hand-cleaned with care. In some cases, a rotary machine is used to gently agitate the fibres and lift embedded soil.

Rinse & Extraction
Loosened soil is removed using soft towels or, for deeper soiling, a warm water extraction method. A hand tool with regulated heat and pressure ensures thorough cleaning without over-wetting.

Post-Spot Treatment
If stains remain, we use advanced spotting techniques. An additional charge may apply for multiple or complex stains. Please note that some permanent stains may not be removable.

Post-Grooming
Where suitable, we groom the fabric pile to enhance appearance and speed up drying time.

We can also apply fabric protector (also known as Scotchgarding™) to your new or freshly cleaned furniture. This will help to keep the fabric cleaner for longer and give you time to deal with spills before they start to stain!

You’ll be invited to inspect the results. Once you're happy, simply sign our service receipt. We’ll point out any remaining issues, wear, or defects.
