Our 10-step cleaning process is designed to deliver the most thorough clean possible. This comprehensive approach not only cleans but also protects your carpets, leaving them fresh, vibrant, and ready for use.

Pre-Inspection
Every quality carpet clean begins with a thorough inspection. Our technician will assess your areas of concern, check the carpet construction, identify soiling levels, and discuss how best to meet your expectations. Fibre type will also be determined, and any potential permanent stains highlighted.

Commercial Pre-Vacuum
We’ll vacuum your carpet using a high-powered turbine system to remove dry, bonded soil. This crucial step helps ensure better results from the deep clean that follows.

Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger items such as beds and dressers are left in place under our standard pricing. Protective blocks and tabs will be used under furniture legs. We kindly ask that you remove small items, such as lamps and valuables, in advance.

Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot Treatment
Heavily used areas and spots are pre-treated with specialist solutions to loosen stubborn dirt and stains.

Pre-Conditioning
A rotary cleaning machine is used to gently agitate the carpet fibres, allowing the pre-treatment to break down soil effectively and lift it from the pile.

Rinse & Extraction
We use a carefully controlled warm water extraction process to flush out loosened dirt and cleaning agents. Pressure and heat are adjusted to suit the carpet type, avoiding over-wetting. Wool carpets are rinsed using warm (not hot) water. All carpets are left pH balanced to prevent sticky residues.

Post-Spot Treatment
If any marks remain after cleaning, we apply advanced spotting techniques. Some specialist stain treatments may incur an additional charge, depending on the number and nature of the stains. Please note: some permanent stains may not be removable.

Post-Grooming
We reset the carpet pile in one direction to speed up drying and improve overall appearance.
We can also apply fabric protector (also known as Scotchgarding™) to your new or freshly cleaned carpets. This will aid in keeping the fabric cleaner for longer and give you time to deal with spills before they start to stain!

Post-Cleaning Inspection
We invite you to inspect the cleaned areas with our technician. Once satisfied, you'll be asked to sign the service receipt. We’ll point out any wear, installation defects, or stains that may not have responded to treatment.

Our No-Risk Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with any area, we’ll re-clean it at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
